The room was comfortable, but the check-in process was frustrating.

We were all really freaked out when the bathroom ceiling tile started shaking like something was up there! So we sprinted out like it was the freaking apocalypse, man!

This place was not cheap, but I guess you pay for the experience?

Had a lengthy cycling event nearby and appreciated the cleanliness of my room. not a trace of dirt. The morning breakfast options were satisfactory, with plenty of pastries and fresh coffee. However, the check-in experience could use friendlier staff interactions. Consider confirming late checkout details in advance.

The King Room Non-Smoking was super clean and cozy. It had a microwave, fridge, and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was stocked with free toiletries and had a nice shower. I loved the fitness centre too. Breakfast had pastries and coffee, which was a nice start!

The stay was quite satisfactory as the room was clean and comfortable, making it a decent spot to rest. The area was convenient with easy access to nearby stores, which was a plus since I was in town for a cycling event. However, I faced some frustration regarding the bike policy that wasn't clearly communicated beforehand. Overall, it suited my needs well as a solo traveler and I appreciated the smooth check-in process.

More seating options in common areas would be nice.

Arriving late, my check-in experience was anything but smooth, with reservation issues that delayed access to my room. I found the common areas to be dated, and the furnishings seemed worn, not matching the quality expected from the price point. Additionally, I faced an odd policy regarding late check-outs, needing to communicate with the front desk just to get back into my room after paying for that extra hour. In terms of cleanliness, I noticed some hairs in the bathroom which definitely didn't contribute to the pleasant stay I was hoping for.
